Positive The hotel excellent, very spatious rooms, very clean and comfortable, very good breakfast and very friendly staff. The walk-in shower is always a major plus for us. The location is also very convenient, walking distance to the historic center and all major attractions of Chester.

Positive The staff were really wonderful and helpful in general but what really stood out was that when I mentioned that only my wife would be eating at breakfast as I was fasting for Ramadan and that fasting began from before the time they started serving breakfast, they then produced little sehri packages full of various breakfast items for me to come and collect f

Positive Staff were outstanding. When we couldnt find any vegetarian options at the restaraunt the waitress kindly told us of a few options in town. Even wrote addressses down for us
