Positive I like that the rooms have bathtubs, the staff are wonderful, i think if the hotel was refurbished it could become very cool again

Positive I was so overwhelmed with how friendly the staff were. I wanted for nothing. I had a corner suite and it was beautiful. The location is excellent near the station. I will be recommending this hotel to anyone who says they’re going to Manchester.

Positive Great location and breakfast. Also very nice bar and restaurant downstairs which makes it a very nice place to stay.
