Positive We needed an overnight whilst travelling up to Edinburgh and the Beresford Arms was perfect, good parking, lovely village, had an excellent meal in the restaurant and a proper Northumberland Breakfast in the morning. Would have been good to have longer in Whalton but time was tight

Positive The Beresford Arms was a great place to stay. I was a delayed arrival (arrived at 8:20 pm) and the owner arranged for me to have a hot meal waiting for me on my arrival despite their kitchen closing at 7:45pm.
