    Positive It was a nice 4 nights here in this hotel, the room was clean and the place of the hotel was perfect in a quiet area Lastly, the staff were friendly and polite .

    Positive The location was ideal for us, just a short walk from Paddington Station. We were very impressed with the staff; they were very helpful; from making sure our room wasn’t too hot to helping us get a small wine bottle to open. And the lunch they provided in our way out the door was deeply appreciated.
