Positive Our hosts were understanding and helpful when our rental car got a flat tire from a slow leak. We had to wait a long time for tire specialist to come and replace the tire.

Positive I booked a single room but when I checked in they had upgraded me to a double room at no extra cost. The room was very clean. There was a good selection of tea/coffee. There was a small chocolate bar and biscuit that I wasn't expecting.
