Positive We stayed one night as we had booked to see a show at local theatre. Usually we would stay in self catering but thought due to short stay try a B and B which we have not done for several years.. The location, staff owner/ landlady and breakfast were great. You are made welcome with a friendly service. The room was exceptionally clean and a comfortable bed. I

Positive Denise and her family are the best. Everything was fantastic. We travel every year from the USA and never consider staying anywhere else in Clacton as you cannot fault the Sandrock guesthouse . The breakfast is consistently cooked perfectly and the back bacon is the best ! The room was warm with a kettle, tea,coffee and water supplied.Plenty of hot water. Th

Positive The lady was so friendly and welcoming. My 3 year old is very chatty and loved chatting away to her, we felt very relaxed and at ease. The room was cosy, bed comfy and everything was exceptionally clean. Lovely cooked breakfast too
