Positive Pros: Superb location near the train station and walking distance from the city center. Grand facilities. Very spacious room--always a plus to have an extra half bathroom. Comfortable bed and pillows. Great shower pressure and water temperature. Excellent dining experiences, both at The Rise and Legacy. A particular shoutout to Jamie, Samuel, and Wilf at Leg

Positive Fantastic hotel from start to finish, all the staff very welcoming. We had a room upgrade at a low additional cost and everything was amazing. One of the best experiences we have ever had in any hotel. The spa is amazing and everything has been really well thought out we will hopefully be back very soon.

Positive The location was perfect as we travelled by train. The service was impeccable. The bed and linens were perfect. The dining options were excellent. The room was comfortable and quiet.
