Positive The hotel is a perfect location near the University of Exeter. We arrived late and the staff was very kind to greet us. The rooms were super nice and accommodated my adult son and I with two separate beds. The breakfast was great - a full English breakfast, coffee etc. Will definitely stay here again if we come to that part of England!
