Positive Ken was a welcoming, friendly host with helpful advice for the local area. Location is very good, nice and quiet and only a short walk to city centre. I had the single ensuite room downstairs, compact but homely, with everything you need and nicely furnished. Liked the radio playing softly and the pillow spray. Bed was very comfortable.
