Positive Off the main road on Buckingham Palace Rd, and easy to find location. Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Traveling solo, I felt safe here, the room was small, but efficient and had everything I needed (kettle, coffee, milk, hairdryer, body/handwash, clean towels and linens - wall TV, bottled water, vwhich was very welcome.
