Positive My room was thankfully NOT in the horse-shoe shaped area of hotel which circled the parking lot and became quite niosy. Being across the street from the University and the firat night of Spring break. My room was on the side of building with no parking and no people, so thankfully very quiet. I only came for a quick overnight so all I needed was a clean safe

Positive Everything was perfect. It felt safe. The room etc was clean. Breakfast is included and it was wonderful. Nice area to walk your pet. Very near the university and several restaurant options are within walking distance.
