Positive The place is very clean . I loved how they had a nice size fridge in the room for food and a microwave to warm up left overs. The water in the shower was nice and hot. The staff was amazing nice friendly and professional. This Is my new place to stay when I visit my Sister in Eugene Oregon. I highly recommend this place very affordable.

Positive For an inexpensive place to sleep for the night, it was really well set up. My room had a microwave, kitchen sink, and large fridge as well as a table and chair. The property is kept up well and the room was comfortable. The neighborhood is pretty terrible and I was worried driving in that I'd made a bad choice. But the property itself was really well done.
