Positive They allowed us to change rooms the second night and the day clerk was very kind and helpful. The night clerk was not particularly friendly or welcoming, though she was ok.

Positive Great staff and the hotel was easy to find, get checked in and parked. Limited free parking, but it was not an issue for my stay. It was very quiet and the rooms are nice.
