Positive A very sweet inn with a homey feeling of comfort and ease. Love the chocolate chip cookies available all day long along with soft drinks, water and coffee and tea. Like staying in a beloved relative's home. Very comfortable front porch to sip tea, and rock on a chair. The inn is so well situated. You can easily wal everywhere. Nice bathtub

Positive Lovely property and great location in historic St. Augustine for walking. Sasha the manager is very attentive to guests and loves her job.

Positive Chef-prepared breakfast was very good. Staff members were friendly, helpful, and welcoming. Our king room on the first level was spacious, and well appointed. The location of the house is convenient to walking all of downtown.
