Positive Quiet clean great location and the staff was so nice and helpful . Really nice 27th floor sitting area inside with coffee and lovely terrace with plenty of nice tables and chairs to relax and take in the views !!! Will for sure be back to stay again when in NYC again Tell the tower Janet said she had she said her alarm alone a week or up so she could sign up
