Positive The location to Times Square and surrounding areas was fantastic! It was right off the beaten path which made it convenient to pop back into the room to recharge. The staff were super friendly and the room was clean. The elevator music was awesome too! Great hotel for families.

Positive We originally asked for a high floor not by an elevator and the quietest room. We got to our room on a somewhat lower floor right next to the elevator. Anthony kindly changed us. Unfortunately there was construction downstairs at 7a.m. and then the night club across the street so we moved to room 1506 the next day.
