Positive The staff members were very accommodating. Prompt reply to any small questions. Great location out of touristy spots in NYC, yet central to both south and north direction. The rental had everything I needed for a little more than a week stay. Although it was on the street level, I never felt unsafe.

Positive Really nice location, full of friends and families using the park facilities. Felt very safe, which was quiet at night but also close to the sights in the city. Comfortable beds, great shower and ideal.for the week. Great communication with hosts and available for any issues or recommendations. Would recommend and book again when back in NY.
