    Positive Jacob at the front desk was fantastic. His customer service skills are excellent. He was so helpful. The jacuzzi was good, and it was very clean. However the room maintenance isn't the greatest, and you have to go get your own towels. No housekeeper, even if you stay more than one day. Not very convenient 🙄
