Positive I travel regularly for work, but this time I came with my family. The front office staff were very kind and patient. In fact, one of the supervisors offered to upgrade us so we had Club Access both days, which led to my family and I being able to have breakfast each morning at no additional charge. The housekeeping staff were friendly and everyone had a smil
