    Positive Right on the beach. The hotel is nice but our room was on the first floor above the restaurant so it was a little loud.

    Positive Excellent staff - super helpful, friendly, and available 24/7. The location is excellent (albeit as expected being on the boardwalk can be a bit noisy at times) but you get an ocean view at the heart of Venice beach
