Positive We stayed at The Beach House years ago and rented from the previous owners for several years. We like the new upgrades. The refrigerator problems we experienced the first couple of days was a real nuisance. We had issues with the ice maker the last couple of days. The kitchen faucet was very hard to stop dripping and that was very irritating! The ceiling bet

Positive The house needs some maintenance, ac wasn't cooling as it should would get up to 80+ during the day, and dripped occasionally from a vent, freezer stopped and we lost alot of food, ice maker didn't work , front door was hard to use too many numbers in the code, towel bar was broken in bath. Over all was ok location is great, price reflected location not cond
