    Positive It was a close proximity to the people I was visiting and an easy walk to shops, restaurants. The room was clean and spacious. I was on a bottom floor but felt safe. The bathroom was clean and the washer dryer was a great bonus. You are close to Balboa Park and North Park. This is the perfect place to stay if you are alone or if you are a couple.
