Positive Very clean on the outside. Desk clerk Cherry was really nice when we checked in. Me and my husband stayed here before and the room we got last time the bed was so comfortable, this time we stayed the bed wasn’t that comfortable but doable. It’s very close to a lot of things to do. Concord Mills Mall, a lot of restaurants. We would stay again.

Positive Rooms are built in a good design to feel like home and plenty of storage. Loved how big the freezer is! They refill the vending area as needed which is rare.
