Positive First of all the staff!! They received the things I ordered online and thoughtfully brought it to my room. Whatever I needed they always took care of it very fast. The location is also superb. The bed and pillow were comfortable. And also first time I stayed in a hotel which has a panoramic window with a view right in front the toilet :)
