Positive Our original room had inadequate closet space. The next day we moved to a room we had liked on a prior visit. We have stayed at the Franklin numerous times. They continually earn our loyalty.

Positive A Lovely Hotel. Staff from arrival to leaving were 1st class and very polite and helpful. The only downside for me was the subdued lighing in the room. Not too easy to do your make-up in, but the bathroom did have brighter lighting. The bed & bedding were the best I have ever slept in away from my own home. Cleran crisp white bedding with feather & down pill
