    Positive The proximity to the tube was excellent. The room was quite large for London standards and was very clean and tidy. The view from the window was great and the bed was super comfy.

    Positive Everything was just wonderful! We stayed in Deluxe room, everything was clean, comfy, authentic. In the room we had all needed - safe, fridge, coffee machine, TV, AC. Windows can be opened in bathroom. Also, staff downstairs all are very responsive and kind.

    Positive Staff was great and tried to please as was location. Couple wonderful places to eat nearby in particular the Italian restaurant across the street.
