Positive The lady at the desk on the evening shift was very sweet. Even though I had a letter from my Dr deeming my 2 little dogs ESA’s management wanted to charge me $35 a day for each. She got them to only charge for one. My little dogs are well behaved. The place wasn’t clean. They did no damage. So the extra $116.85 they charged for my dogs made it not worth it.
