Positive There were three reservation desks at check-in, and I was greeted warmly by all three individuals at those desks! The room they gave me was on a high floor and very quiet. The bed was really comfortable. There was a deep tub that looked very inviting, but I did not have a chance to enjoy it this trip. Next time! I liked the fact that the tv had a built in co
