Positive When we checked in, we were upgraded to a great view, kitchen, high floor due to my husband’s Bonvoy status. Kathleen and ALL staff members were professional, courteous, always smiling, helpful, etc.. we could not ask for more..

Positive The location is incredible—right near Reading Terminal Market and only like 15-20 minutes walk to pretty much all the old city sites. Front desk staff was friendly and breakfast was great. The staff in the breakfast room are particularly excellent, and you can tell they really want everyone to have a nice day in Philly.
