Positive Staff was amazing all around…. Kind, responsible, responsive, respectful. Bed was super comfortable. Room darkening shades were excellent! Good mini fridge in room. Jamal, who worked down near the front door, and helped to store my bag, was wonderful, professional and efficient! Great location right in the heart of things.

Positive I had an amazing stay. There was a gentleman named Terence who checked me in and showed me the way to the elevators because it was a little confusing lol.
