    Positive This used to be my favorite hotel in all of Philadelphia. I stayed here several times a year when visiting friends and family in the area. However, this stay was not great. The furniture was so dingy and banged up. Then, we had a leak in the bathroom. It is probably because they plan to remodel and have changed hands to Marriott. I personally hate Marriott s
